We’re hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on heavy civil and bridge projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage field operations and keep projects moving safely and on schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise field crews
- Manage day-to-day work on job sites
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with project teams and keep work on track
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Bridge experience is required
- Experience leading crews / foreman experience
- Must speak and understand English (Spanish is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Must have your own tools and transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
