About the Opportunity

A boutique fiduciary and trust platform is seeking a Senior Estate Settlement Trust Officer to lead complex estate and death settlement engagements for high-net-worth clients and families.

This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure, professionalism, and calm to sensitive family situations while overseeing sophisticated estate administration matters from initial intake through final distribution.

The position offers a highly collaborative environment with dedicated Trust Administrator support and lower account loads than many competing institutions.

What They’re Looking For

• 8 years of trust & estate administration experience
• Deep estate/death settlement experience
• Probate and estate attorney coordination experience
• Strong fiduciary taxation understanding
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
• CTFA preferred; JD or CPA a plus
