We’ve partnered with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Pharmacist to join a collaborative clinical team supporting inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations within a hospital environment.
This opportunity offers strong clinical exposure across emergency care, surgery, pediatrics, inpatient care, and medication management while working alongside physicians and nursing leadership in a patient-focused setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Review and verify medication orders

• Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations

• Monitor medication interactions and patient safety

• Provide pharmaceutical guidance to physicians and nursing staff

• Participate in medication management and clinical support initiatives

• Support sterile compounding and IV admixture processes

• Educate patients and staff on medication therapies and best practices

Requirements
• Pharm.D. required

• Active Pharmacist license

• Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred

• New graduates encouraged to apply

• Epic experience preferred

• Sterile compounding / IV admixture exposure preferred
