Registered Nurse (RN): Med-Surgical / ER
Watford City, ND | $40–$50/hr base ( shift differentials OT)
Schedule: Full-time

- Provide direct patient care across Med-Surg and ER
- Administer meds/treatments, follow physician orders, and document in the EHR
- Monitor patient status changes and respond to emergencies
- Support admissions/discharges/transfers and update care plans
- Supervise CNAs/NAs/LPNs on shift and assist with new-hire orientation
- Cross-train and float between ER and Med-Surg as needed
- Active RN license (ND or compact)
- ADN or graduate of an approved RN program
- BLS required (or obtain within 3 months)
- ACLS/PALS/NIHSS required (TNCC preferred; can obtain after hire)
- Med-Surg and/or ER experience preferred, not required
- $40–$50/hr base (experience-dependent) differentials OT opportunities
