Intake Specialist | Immediate Hire
Miami, FL | $18/hour | Hybrid
We are working with a dynamic healthcare/social services organization that is seeking an Intake Specialist to perform intake, screening, and triage, helping connect individuals with appropriate programs and services.

- Conduct intake and screening of callers to determine needs and appropriate services
- Assist in triage by prioritizing cases based on urgency and available resources
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and referral information
- Perform additional duties as required to support departmental goals
- 2 years of experience in social work or human services
- Bachelor’s degree is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in engaging with older adults and family members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), with strong typing (45 WPM)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach
