Initial Screening: Manage a high volume of inbound calls and web inquiries from potential clients.
Data Collection: Conduct initial interviews to gather critical case details and enter information accurately into our Case Management System.
Relationship Building: Provide a high level of empathy and professional support to individuals who may be experiencing stressful life events.
Qualifying Leads: Evaluate potential cases based on firm-specific criteria and schedule consultations for the legal team.
Follow-up: Proactively reach out to pending leads to ensure no potential client is left behind.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic document collection and digital filing as needed to kickstart the onboarding process.
Qualifications & Skills
Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and either Spanish or Haitian Creole is highly preferred to serve our diverse client base.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "client-first" mentality.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or Legal Case Management Software (e.g., Clio, Filevine, or MyCase) is a plus.
Detail Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask without losing accuracy.
Experience: Previous experience in a law firm, medical office, or high-volume call center environment is preferred but not required.
