TITLE CLOSER
Real Estate / Title Industry | Jessup, MD | $70,000 - $90,000 Annually

This is a back-office closing role where your knowledge and speed matter from day one. You will not be learning the basics here. You will be hitting the ground running in a fast-paced, high-volume environment alongside a team that takes the work seriously and supports each other to get it done.
COMPENSATION $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare and send complete title packages to lenders with accuracy and speed
- Perform title curative work, obtain payoffs, and order HOA information
- Prepare title and settlement documents for closing
- Draft Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements in coordination with lenders
- Balance files for closing and ensure all figures are reconciled
- Respond to inquiries from buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders throughout the closing process
- Monitor a shared email inbox and manage incoming communications efficiently
- Handle filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks that keep the operation running smoothly

REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- 2 or more years of experience in title or real estate
- Working knowledge of the Closing Disclosure is strongly preferred
- Experience managing a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Qualia preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and professional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and move seamlessly between files
