We’ve partnered with a leading national financial services firm to identify an Insurance & Annuities Product Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in annuities and insurance product management within a broker-dealer or IMO/BGA environment.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the subject matter expert on annuity and insurance products (fixed, variable, indexed).
Partner with advisors, compliance, and product teams to optimize product shelf strategy and distribution.
Evaluate product performance and collaborate with carrier partners on product positioning and education.
Lead adoption campaigns to increase advisor engagement and utilization of insurance solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across carriers, compensation, and internal systems.
Represent the insurance/annuity function in cross-departmental initiatives with sales supervision and operations.
What You Bring:
4 years’ experience with insurance and annuity products in a broker-dealer or IMO/BGA environment.
Strong knowledge of product distribution frameworks and carrier relationships.
Proficiency with insurance/annuity technology tools (Morningstar, iPipeline, Affirm, etc.).
FINRA Series 6 or 7 and State Insurance License required.
CFP preferred or equivalent professional designation.
Excellent communicator with the ability to lead through influence.
Must be able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
