What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate and manage quotes, pricing, and order entry
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Collaborate with operations, production, and logistics teams
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining strong relationships
- Maintain CRM accuracy and track sales activity
- Support outbound follow-ups to drive additional business
- Inside sales experience REQUIRED (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
- Proven ability to convert inquiries into orders/sales
- Experience with pricing, quoting, and order management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Excel skills
- Ability to handle high-volume workload
- Detail-oriented and organized
