HR Coordinator

KEY Responsibilities
HR Coordination and Employee Lifecycle
- Support full-cycle HR coordination including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS systems and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure HR documentation and processes align with company standards and best practices
Recruiting and Talent Support
- Coordinate interviews, candidate scheduling, and communication with hiring managers across departments
- Support recruitment logistics from initial outreach through offer stage
- Partner with leadership to deliver a seamless and positive new hire onboarding experience
Payroll and HR Administration
- Support payroll processes including timesheet tracking and documentation review
- Maintain organized HR files and reporting systems
- Assist with audits and internal compliance tracking
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in HR coordination
- Background in professional services (architecture, engineering, consulting, or similar) strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle support, and HRIS systems
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and payroll functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
