What You’ll Do
- Participate in client meetings alongside senior advisors
- Document action items, follow-ups, and client goals
- Assist in building financial plans, recommendations, and proposals
- Manage client workflows and maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce or similar)
- Prepare meeting materials and ensure seamless execution
- Serve as a trusted secondary point of contact for clients
- Support onboarding, account updates, and ongoing service requests
- 1–2 years in financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong communication skills with a client-facing mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Coachable, driven, and interested in long-term career growth
- Passion for financial planning and helping clients achieve goals
- Life & Health License – within 6 months
- Series 7 & 63 – within 12 months
- CFP® – supported and encouraged (~2-year track)
- Base: $60,000 – $85,000 (based on experience/licensure)
