We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will serve as the key point of contact on-site, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily construction site operations and field activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and field personnel
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Maintain and update project schedules, enforcing deadlines as needed
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on track
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations (OSHA), and quality standards
- Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools/software (Procore, MS Project, etc. preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred, not required)
