What You’ll Do
- Prospect and win new business for commercial waste & recycling services
- Manage a local territory through daily outreach and in-person meetings
- Build proposals, pricing, and bids for potential clients
- Track contract renewals and position services ahead of expiration
- Attend networking events and connect with local businesses
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and retain accounts
- Keep accurate notes on clients, pricing, and competitors
- Maintain a strong pipeline and hit weekly/monthly targets
- 3 years of outside B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to prospect and close new business
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Reliable transportation required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Open to relocation for future growth opportunities
