Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support daily office and project coordination activities for a busy construction operation. This role will assist project managers, field personnel, vendors, and office staff with administrative support, documentation management, scheduling coordination, and operational tracking.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to project managers and operations teams
- Maintain organized project files, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling meetings, inspections, and appointments
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor paperwork
- Enter and update project information into internal tracking systems
- Coordinate communication between office staff, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and office coordination
- Support compliance paperwork and project-related documentation
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
- 2 year of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Construction industry exposure is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pay range: $18–$20/hour depending on experience
- Full-time 6-month contract assignment
- Potential for extension based on project needs and performance
