Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, including Indeed, LinkedIn, Social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Manage candidate pipelines within Modigent’s Applicant Tracking System (Paycor ATS), ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and provide high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure onboarding tasks are completed efficiently, including background checks, paperwork, and new hire communication.
- Provide periodic updates on recruitment progress and market insights to the Modigent team.
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment (preferred).
- Ability to utilize internet, phone, and computer equipment to perform remote work.
- Experience recruiting for trades, is a plus.
- Competitive hourly rate (1099 contractor status).
- Payment terms: Timesheets (invoices) will be submitted weekly to our Account Payable department through our vendor portal (Stampli) for direct payment.
