Shift Information

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM


• Weekly Hours: 40 hours


• On-call Requirements: Weekday and weekend rotation


• Weekend Requirements: Participation in the call schedule

We are seeking a qualified X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operating diagnostic imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Equipment: Phillips Diagnostic, Carestream


• Operating Room Equipment: Hologic breast machine, Philips portable machines, Siemens Cysto, GE OEC c-arms


• Fluoroscopy Equipment: Toshiba


• Average Daily Patient Scans: Approximately 100

• Active ARRT certification


• Minimum of 24 months of X-Ray experience in a clinical or hospital setting


• Iowa radiology license preferred (must apply for licensure upon acceptance if not already licensed)


• Proficient experience with Phillips equipment is required


• Experience with Carestream portable machines is preferred


• Required proficiency in operating room procedures


• Experience with GE OEC c-arms is required


• Experience with Siemens Cysto is highly preferred


• Fluoroscopy experience is required


• First-time travelers are welcome, provided they meet the experience requirement

• Work history showing a minimum of 24 months of current X-Ray experience


• Skills checklist specific to X-Ray discipline


• Active Iowa license/IDPH State Permit is highly preferred


• Professional reference from a supervisory figure within the last 24 months


• Valid driver's license


• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Cedar Rapids, IA

Contractors may be required to work 1-2 of the following Summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, unless the unit is closed.
