1. Perform administrative duties for the HR department, such as maintaining employee databases, policies, forms, and records (e.g. vacation and sick leave). 2. Publishing and updating job ads. 3. Screen resumes and job applications, shortlist candidates, schedule job interviews and verifying references. 4. Collect and maintain employee files, such as applications, resumes, agreements and other documents. 5. Perform data entry and filing of all HR related documents. 6. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. 7. Update internal databases with new hires’ data (e.g. contact details and bank accounts). 8. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new and current employees. 9. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries. 10. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
