What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Assistant Account Manager position at MMC Land Management?
MMC Land Management, a commercial land management company is currently seeking to hire an Assistant Landscape Account Manager. This position will work out of the Gibsonia, PA location. This position will directly report to the Account/Operations Manager(s) and will be responsible estimating and preparing proposals, along with communication to the customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for measuring properties and preparing proposals
- Create proposals based upon customer requests
- Generating sales through landscape enhancement opportunities by offering appropriate additional upgrades /services.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and implementing the tasks of multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance on a daily basis.
- Assist with monitoring the contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in landscape maintenance and design.
- Desire to continue to learn and grow within the position with the goal of being an Account Manager in the future
- Must have exceptional client-service skills, be a self-starter, and have a sense of ownership of work and responsibilities.
- Associate's degree in horticulture or related field
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to perform/manage snow removal activities during the winter

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
