Landscaping & Snow Removal Team Member

Build your landscaping skills with a supportive, safety-focused team at our Meadowlands location. As a Landscape Team Member, you will help maintain and improve commercial lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces while working outdoors and staying physically active. Earn $18.00–$20.00 per hour with hands-on training and opportunities to develop new skills. Landscaping experience is welcome but not required. Applicants must be able to commute to Houston, PA.

• Maintain commercial landscapes through mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Complete seasonal cleanups to keep client properties neat and attractive.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Use landscaping hand tools and power equipment, including shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws, safely.
• Work with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently, meet client expectations, and maintain safe work practices in varying weather conditions.
• Participate in snow removal during the winter months.

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn landscaping skills and techniques through hands-on training.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and willing to perform winter snow removal.
• Ability to lift and move landscaping equipment and materials as needed.
• Comfortable using basic landscaping tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Houston, PA.
• Experience with mowing, edging, pruning, trimming, or other landscaping tasks is a plus, but not required.

$18.00–$20.00 per hour
