Landscape Team Member

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces for commercial clients, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and planting
• Perform seasonal cleanups to keep properties tidy and visually appealing
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic maintenance of landscape systems
• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance landscapes
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
• Support the team in various weather conditions to meet client expectations

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new landscaping skills and techniques
• Comfortable working outdoors in a range of weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move landscaping equipment and materials as needed
• Experience with landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using basic landscaping tools
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to commute to Robinson Township, PA

Compensation

$18.00 $20.00 per hour
