Landscape Team Member

Build your landscaping skills with a supportive team in Robinson Township, PA. As a Landscape Team Member, you will help maintain and enhance commercial lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces through mowing, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups. This physically active, outdoor role offers hands-on experience, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop your skills in a team environment that values safety and employee growth. Previous landscaping experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial landscapes by mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Perform seasonal cleanups to keep client properties tidy and visually appealing.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Use landscaping hand tools and power equipment, including shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws, safely.
• Work with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently, follow safety practices, and meet client expectations in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a landscaping team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically active work, including lifting and moving landscaping equipment and materials.
• Comfortable using basic landscaping tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Robinson Township, PA.
• Landscaping experience, such as mowing, edging, pruning, or trimming, is a plus but not required.

Compensation

$18.00$20.00 per hour
