Position Title: Transaction Processor Associate IIIPay Rate: $20.41/hourWe are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Processor Associate III to support a variety of transaction processing projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Reporting to the Transaction Processing Supervisor, this role involves researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a professional mindset, and the ability to consistently meet productivity and quality standards. This position also provides key support during open enrollment periods.Primary Responsibilities * Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with internal teams, consumers, and partner organizations. * Accurately process transactions and complete tasks in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. * Meet or exceed daily productivity requirements for each assigned task. * Achieve required quality standards as outlined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), ensuring zero errors. * Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. * Maintain thorough knowledge of operating procedures, systems, and workflows. * Complete assigned tasks within required contract timelines. * Report to work on time and be prepared to begin daily responsibilities at shift start. * Consistently demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. * Comply with the Project Site Attendance Policy.Education and Experience * College degree preferred. * Experience in eligibility determination or transaction processing is strongly preferred.Required Skills and Abilities * Typing speed of at least 45 WPM. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks. * Flexibility and adaptability in a changing, high-volume environment. * Proficiency, or the ability to be trained quickly, in standard software applications and PC systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * High attention to detail with the ability to identify, document, and correct quality issues. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial training. * Ability to sustain productivity while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.Physical Requirements * Frequent sitting and use of hands for typing and handling materials. * Occasional standing, walking, stooping, or kneeling. * Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds occasionally. * Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.Work Environment * Office-based work environment. * May require overtime, including evenings and some weekends. * Work is performed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
