This role ensures that all mail output meets quality, accuracy, and postal requirements before being released for delivery. The position requires strong communication skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced production setting.Core Responsibilities • Review, verify, and prepare print and mail output for USPS delivery. • Perform detailed quality checks on mail produced by inserting equipment, confirming accuracy of envelope types, inserts, postage, and address placement. • Validate processed counts against the instructions provided for each job. • Conduct random audits to ensure proper sealing and address visibility. • Communicate discrepancies or concerns to the floor supervisor promptly. • Open incident tickets to document issues related to output, equipment, or system functionality. • Process reprints through the designated web portal when damaged mail pieces need replacement. • Assemble and insert documents into envelopes when required. • Operate offline postage meters when applicable. • Complete additional tasks assigned by management. Qualifications and Requirements • Ability to read and write clearly to document operational issues and complete incident reports. • Strong communication skills for coordinating with management and client representatives. • High attention to detail with the ability to verify quality, accuracy, and proper formatting. • Effective multitasking skills in a busy production environment. • Comfortable working collaboratively within a diverse team. • Availability to work weekends during quarterly peak periods (January, April, July, October) due to increased document volumes.This role offers a long-term opportunity for candidates who excel in accuracy, teamwork, and consistent production quality.
