Position Details
Title: Customer Experience Associate II
Location: East Hartford, CT
Pay: $19.94 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Experience Associate II to support a public assistance program. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking information related to financial assistance programs, including SNAP-related benefits.
Requirements
- Recent call center customer service experience is required
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute - www.typingtest.com

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding applications, status updates, and required documentation
- Provide accurate, professional customer support
- Document all interactions in system records
- Maintain knowledge of program policies, including Summer EBT
- Escalate calls and route inquiries as needed
- Resolve customer concerns and identify trends
- Meet performance metrics for quality, accuracy, and call volume
