Production Team Lead (Lockbox Operations) – 3rd Shift
Location: Onsite
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.
Status: Full-Time/ (Temp/Contingent)
Schedule
- Sunday – Thursday
- Shift Hours: Between 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (typically 8-hour shifts)
- Mandatory overtime as needed based on production demands
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Team Lead to support high-volume lockbox and mailroom operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workflow, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and supporting team performance across mail receipt, extraction, and image capture functions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow across mailroom, extraction, and scanning operations
- Allocate resources effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor system activity and escalate issues as needed
- Complete daily and monthly production and performance reports
- Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues impacting workflow
- Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with procedures and audit standards
- Conduct research and root cause analysis for discrepancies and exceptions
- Train and coach team members on processes, systems, and quality expectations
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team environment
Required Skills

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in lockbox, remittance, or payment processing operations
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Experience with OPEX Falcon systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
