Location: Saint Joseph, MO 64506
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Assignment Length: 6-month contract with potential for permanent hire

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Support professional to assist with case file management, client support services, and daily office operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient processing of supportive services, and maintaining organized systems across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and update electronic case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Utilize systems such as QuickBase, Adobe, and internal databases for documentation and tracking
- Assemble informational materials and client packets as requested
- Generate and compile reports using system data and available resources
- Process supportive services by:
- Reviewing submitted forms
- Contacting clients to verify information, including addresses
- Ordering necessary items and confirming receipt
- Documenting updates in accordance with State requirements
- Distribute, track, and reconcile:
- Transportation assistance, including bus passes and gas cards
- Debit cards for internet and mobile services
- Obtain and maintain client signatures and required documentation
- Upload and manage documents within electronic case file systems
- Maintain and organize shared drive documentation for the project
- Monitor, order, and maintain office supply inventory
- Track and report supply orders to management and accounting monthly
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
- Experience working with databases or case management systems is a plus
