As a Distribution Coordinator at MKS Instruments, you will partner with Production, Engineering, Planning, and others to support the production of world-class precision optics through machine maintenance and material distribution. In this role, you will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Hourly Pay Range: $16.70 - 27.83 USD Hourly. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Cleaning and maintaining optics production machines across the shop floor.
- Coordinating machine maintenance with supervisors and production leads.
- Preparing material kits for production.
- Unpacking and checking goods received and maintaining records of received goods.
- Performing cycle counts of inventory in stock.
- Using ERP software to transact parts to stock and issue them to work orders.
- Experience in shipping, receiving and stores, and reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
- Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
- 2 years of related experience
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work hard and get your hands dirty.
- Good communication skills.
- Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
