A general contractor in the Greenville market is looking for both commercial and industrial project managers. The company is very well established in the local market with a very strong client base across both sectors.
This is an opportunity to work with a top-tier GC on interesting commercial or industrial projects while staying local to the Greenville market.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and Engineers
- Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement schedules
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Experience managing Commercial and/or Industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software preferred
