What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at MKH Search?
We are working alongside growing General Contractor seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and procurement activities
- Lead project planning meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to contract documents, safety standards, quality expectations, and timelines
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts
Qualifications:
- 4 years of construction project management experience
- Experience with new-build projects essential (open to a variety of sectors)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
