Position Overview

Seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to support Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions by working and partnering with leaders across the organization to find amazing talent. The ideal candidate will engage in full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments. This is a hybrid position based in Foxboro, Massachusetts, requiring onsite work 3 days per week. Occasional travel to Cambridge, Massachusetts office may be required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead full-cycle technical recruiting experience – from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers
2. Facilitate strategic intake and recruiting strategy meetings with Hiring Mangers to develop customized hiring plans
3. Provide expert, objective assessments of candidates and effectively manage candidate flow throughout the hiring process
4. Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, coaching on best practices in screening, interviewing, and selection while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
5. Contribute to succession planning efforts and proactively develop recruitment strategies to address future workforce needs
6. Lead or support training sessions, including manager orientations and recruitment best practice workshops
7. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience by communicating clearly, accurately, and engagingly about opportunities and the organization
8. Ensure full compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action requirements
9. Oversee job posting strategies, including internal mobility, external job boards, and agency partnerships
10. Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications

Required

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
2. Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively negotiate offers
3. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, and leveraging market intelligence
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and partners at all levels
5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
6. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
7. High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion when handling confidential information
8. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Preferred

1. Experience with UKG Ready
2. Demonstrated success recruiting in software/tech industry environments
3. Global recruiting experience is a plus
4. Exposure to employee programs, training coordination, and HR compliance

Travel

• Travel may be required, up to 10% of time
