Lead a recruiting function that runs with clarity, consistency, and impact.

If you are energized by leading teams, improving operations, and creating strong hiring experiences, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to guide the day-to-day execution of recruiting, support and develop a high-performing team, and help ensure our hiring process is organized, responsive, and effective across the organization.

This role is ideal for a talent acquisition leader who enjoys building structure, strengthening partnerships, and using data to improve results. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to keep hiring moving, solve problems quickly, and elevate the quality and consistency of the recruiting experience.

Why This Role Is Exciting

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and strengthen how recruiting operates, partner directly with leadership, and influence a hiring experience that is efficient, high quality, and people-centered. You will join a team culture built on ownership, responsiveness, and collaboration, with the chance to make a visible impact through strong execution and thoughtful leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support recruiters to drive strong performance, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Create and reinforce clear operating rhythms, expectations, and workflows that help hiring move efficiently.
  • Oversee the recruiting process from intake through offer, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align on priorities, timelines, and candidate needs.
  • Track and use recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, aging requisitions, conversion rates, and team performance.
  • Identify ways to improve workflows, communication, and overall service delivery.
  • Step in to support complex searches and urgent hiring needs when needed.
  • Help foster a team environment grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading and managing recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong operational mindset and a commitment to process, follow-through, and consistency.
  • Ability to partner confidently with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Comfort working with recruiting data and using metrics to improve outcomes.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM systems and maintaining strong system discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

You may stand out further if you bring additional depth in process improvement, recruiting operations, or team development, though the strongest candidates will above all demonstrate the core leadership and execution strengths needed for the role.
