We are hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated position out of Gresham, OR. Run consistent local routes, get home every single day, and earn strong annual pay with full benefits from day one. No prior trucking experience required – we train you from the start.

PAY:

• Annual pay: $92,000–$97,000
• Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,800
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000
• CPM rate: $0.58–$0.70 based on experience

JOB DETAILS:

• Position: Local Dedicated – Full-Time
• Freight: No-Touch, Dedicated Routes – Dry Van
• Home Time: Daily – no overnight runs, no exceptions
• Schedule: 5 or 6 days per week, day and night shifts available
• Weekly mileage: 2,500–3,000 miles

• Late model automatic trucks – 2022 well maintained fleet
• Dry van trailers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid CDL-A license
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record
• No SAP program or DUI history
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Must reside within 50 miles of Gresham, OR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate CDL-A truck on local dedicated routes
• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
