CDL-A Truck Driver – New Grads Welcome – Dry Van Regional – $78K–$83K – Denton, TX
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van regional account based out of Denton, TX. This is a beginner-friendly position; no experience minimums, no hidden fine print. You'll run consistent TX lanes with reliable miles and a predictable schedule every week. Every load is 100% no-touch drop-and-hook. If you just got your CDL and want to start your career the right way - this is the position. Home time will be discussed during the interview based on your route and schedule.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- Annual pay: $78,000 – $83,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,300 – $1,600
- CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
- Weekly mileage: 2,100 – 2,500 miles
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500

- Home Weekly
- Regional dry van lanes - no OTR, no extended time away
- Same routes, same freight, same schedule every week

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must reside within 100 miles of Denton, TX
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
- Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply - no experience minimum
