Compensation

Pay Range: $70,000 Per Year

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled IT professional to provide comprehensive support in a full-time role based in Bridgeport, CT.
• The position involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing user accounts, and providing on-site assistance when necessary.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT systems and effective communication skills.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via various communication channels and provide remote or on-site assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in a directory service both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Support electronic records systems and assist with user onboarding and offboarding.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials for internal use.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in desktop/help desk support.
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA A or similar are preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
