Parking Employee

The Missoula PaddleHeads are looking for Parking Attendants to work our home games at Ogren Park! This position is responsible for welcoming guests as they arrive, collecting parking payments and directing traffic at the Ogren Park, Allegiance Field lot. This position would work directly with the Stadium Operations Manager to create a safe, efficient, and well-coordinated game-day environment for all guest, staff and partners. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect parking payments from incoming vehicles

• Welcome and warmly greet all guests

• Provide clear directions and maintain smooth traffic flow

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service

• Assist Stadium Operations team with general game-day support as needed

Required Skills and Abilities:

• • Excellent verbal communication skills

• • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment

• • Strong cash‑handling experience

• • Positive, guest‑focused attitude

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods 

  • Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions

  • Maintain frequent visual and auditory attention
