Join our team at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field and help lead the execution of unforgettable experiences for our guests! As a Hospitality Team Lead, you will oversee all party space operations and seasonal hospitality staff to ensure exceptional service, food quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is responsible for delivering seamless group events while upholding the Missoula PaddleHeads’ service statement “we create joyous memories for all”. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are eager to develop valuable people skills.
The Hospitality Team Lead serves as the on-site point person for group parties and is accountable for the overall guest experience from setup to breakdown with support from the Director of Ticket and Group Sales
Duties/Responsibilities:
Hospitality Leadership and Event Execution: Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing reparation and cleaning of party spaces prior to the guest's arrival

Serving as the primary operational contact for group leaders during events

Leading pre-event staff meetings to communicate expectations, timelines, and service standards

Supervising and directing hospitality team members throughout events

Ensuring all guests needs are met promptly in the realms of group entry, party space, dinner service, beverages, and overall experience

Coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain F&B quality, efficiency, and service

Monitoring food presentation, buffet flow, and replenishment to maintain quality and efficiency.

Ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards.

Resolving guest concerns in real time with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:

Food safety knowledge.

Server or Cocktail experience.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and exposure to kitchen equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Frequent visual/auditory attention.
