Seasonal Food & Beverage – Concessions Staff - Job Description

Job Summary:
One of the most important jobs in the entire ballpark. What is a baseball game without a beer and a Hotdog! Help provide the Missoula PaddleHeads fans with incredible food and amazing service. As a successful Food & Beverage Team member, you will support all operations for events and baseball games at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field. You are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all guests throughout the park. This individual understands that they have the ability to impact the guest experience including support to other team members with enforcement of park rules and regulations, maintaining order, and ensuring safety to all park guests.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to, taking orders, money handling, restocking, and cleaning.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with computers and scanners.
Education and Experience:
Some customer service is helpful.
Money handling experience is helpful.
Square knowledge is helpful.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking and working on POS. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
