Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Overview:

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Data Scientist, where you'll lead cutting-edge initiatives to develop and implement Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions for next-generation products. This pivotal role is tailor-made for an experienced data science professional passionate about shaping enterprise-level AI strategies, driving innovation, and mentoring the next wave of data talent. Your expertise will enhance data-driven decision-making and position the organization at the forefront of AI and GenAI advancements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record in designing and deploying ML applications on structured and unstructured data.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD preferred with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages, with solid programming skills.
• Extensive experience working with distributed computing frameworks.
• Deep expertise in advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques within a business context.
• Strong ability to translate complex analytical insights into strategic recommendations tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with model deployment, MLOps practices, containerization, and orchestration systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI product development and GenAI solutions.
• Knowledge of automation in ETL processes and data visualization tools.
  
  

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience; PhD with 2 years preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Prior exposure to enterprise AI initiatives and AI-centric product development.
