Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical program, project, or development management within fast-paced or startup environments
- Proven expertise in applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other development methodologies to complex software projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate engineering teams and manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of software development processes and high-quality product delivery
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning principles and their application in software solutions
- Technical acumen in distributed systems, integrations, and mobile solutions
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans
- Infrastructure experience, particularly with AWS Cloud
- Experience with deployments and cross-functional collaboration
- Software development background with exposure to enterprise-level platforms
- Knowledge of identity verification, fraud detection, or risk management solutions
- Onsite presence in Seattle, 3 days per week
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including engineering, data science, product, and leadership
