Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• At least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in building materials or metal fabrication
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and engineering software
• Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements
  
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of CNC machines, laser cutters, welding systems, and automation technology
• Experience in project management and cost analysis
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
  
  

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum of five years in manufacturing engineering, with industry-specific experience highly preferred
  
  

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel locally during regular business hours; some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required
• Certifications in manufacturing or industrial engineering are a plus
