Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- At least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in building materials or metal fabrication
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and engineering software
- Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of CNC machines, laser cutters, welding systems, and automation technology
- Experience in project management and cost analysis
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of five years in manufacturing engineering, with industry-specific experience highly preferred
- Willingness to travel locally during regular business hours; some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required
- Certifications in manufacturing or industrial engineering are a plus
