Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases.
- Automate existing manual test cases to increase efficiency and test coverage.
- Maintain and expand automated test suites across web, API, and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with QA leadership, developers, and project managers to track progress, ensure test coverage, and improve overall product quality.
- Coordinate testing activities with cross-functional development teams.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Test integrations with third-party systems and data sources.
- Proactively identify, document, and prevent defects early in the development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software testing life cycles.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
- 2 years of programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or a similar object-oriented language.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Mocha, Pytest, Katalon Studio, JMeter, Jenkins, Jira Test Manager.
- Proficiency in testing REST APIs, web UIs, and mobile applications.
- Ability to design test strategies for dynamic systems with complex datasets.
- Familiarity with various testing techniques including smoke, regression, functional, and performance testing.
- Working knowledge of JSON, XML, HTML.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- A curious, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
