QA Automation Analyst

Position: QA Automation Analyst

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases.
• Automate existing manual test cases to increase efficiency and test coverage.
• Maintain and expand automated test suites across web, API, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with QA leadership, developers, and project managers to track progress, ensure test coverage, and improve overall product quality.
• Coordinate testing activities with cross-functional development teams.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Test integrations with third-party systems and data sources.
• Proactively identify, document, and prevent defects early in the development lifecycle.
  
  

What You Bring:

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software testing life cycles.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
• 2 years of programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or a similar object-oriented language.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Mocha, Pytest, Katalon Studio, JMeter, Jenkins, Jira Test Manager.
• Proficiency in testing REST APIs, web UIs, and mobile applications.
• Ability to design test strategies for dynamic systems with complex datasets.
• Familiarity with various testing techniques including smoke, regression, functional, and performance testing.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML, HTML.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• A curious, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
