Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of paid acquisition strategies and campaign execution
- Proven success managing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms, demonstrating measurable business impact
- Strong experience with campaign structure, bidding, audience segmentation, testing, and optimization
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, and ad platform dashboards
- Familiarity with DV360, Trade Desk, or similar programmatic platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic actions
- Experience supporting digital learning products, membership models, or professional certifications is preferred
- Advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics
- Experience with incrementality testing, MTA models, and cohort analysis
- Background in creative collaboration, talent for guiding asset development based on performance insights
- Knowledge of attribution and reporting frameworks to enhance measurement accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields; advanced certifications highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in leading structured media testing and scaling paid campaigns across diverse digital channels
- Ability to travel up to 5% nationally and globally; may involve work outside traditional hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and participating in international meetings
