Job Title: ERP Business Owner

Overview:

Seeking an experienced ERP Business Owner to lead the deployment and management of ERP systems within a manufacturing environment. This pivotal role acts as the strategic link between business operations and technical teams, ensuring the ERP solution aligns with organizational goals, streamlines manufacturing workflows, and delivers measurable business value. Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations and workflows
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration across teams
• Proficiency in change management and employee training
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and data-driven decision-making
  
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in vendor and resource management within ERP projects
• Certification in project management or ERP systems
• Background in manufacturing process improvement or operational excellence
• Familiarity with data governance and reporting tools
  
  

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 7 years of experience in ERP implementation, project management, or operational leadership in manufacturing settings
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP deployments from inception to post-go-live support

• Ability to work onsite in Pennsauken, NJ; hybrid options available
• Willingness to travel occasionally for vendor meetings or site visits
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ERP-specific certifications) are a plus
