Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, marketing, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-5 years’ experience in digital marketing or digital analytics, with significant exposure to customer data and campaign insights
- Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar
- Strong SQL programming skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot
- Expertise in creating reports and dashboards with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, PowerBI, or QlikSense
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into understandable insights
- Ability to manage data quality, handle ad hoc requests, and develop compelling data visualizations
- Experience with Adobe Journey Analyzer or similar customer journey platforms (anticipated future use)
- Knowledge of performance metrics across paid search, organic search, programmatic display, and social media channels
- Familiarity with mobile marketing data and multi-channel customer journey mapping
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Up to five years of relevant experience in digital analytics or marketing data analysis, ideally within large organizations managing multiple customer touchpoints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents to be considered for this position
