Responsibilities:
• Drive the testing and roll-out of new features for performance reporting
• Investigate data discrepancies across systems to identify root causes and safeguard the integrity of performance metrics
• Partner with Technology teams to design, test, and implement new processes
• Produce and present actionable performance insights and ad-hoc analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making
• Translate complex performance and returns data into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership
• Proactively identify trends, outliers, and opportunities in performance data and surface findings to senior stakeholders
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
