Key Responsibilit

• iesPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for strategic data and analytics initiativ
• es.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions to enhance data management and reporting capabiliti
• es.Develop and maintain automated workflows to improve reporting efficiency and operational process
• es.Support the design and maintenance of enterprise data models and curated datasets for downstream reporting and analyti
• cs.Build and enhance business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions using modern visualization too
• ls.Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic business decisio
• ns.Create business requirements documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and reporting mock-u

Qualifications Requ

• iredBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipl
• ine.6 years of business analysis, data analytics, or data management experience within financial services, asset management, investment management, or a similarly regulated indus
• try.Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical soluti
• ons.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large, complex datas
• ets.Hands-on experience with SQL and business intelligence/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or simil
• ar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakehold
• ers.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environm
