Position Overview

The organization is seeking an Associate to join its Data & Technology team. This individual will play a key role in developing and enhancing core data infrastructure, internal tools, and reporting capabilities that support investment-related and operational functions.

This position offers exposure across multiple areas of the business and requires close collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Infrastructure & Management

• Support the development and maintenance of centralized data systems and architecture

• Design and implement data pipelines to enable efficient reporting and analytics

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across platforms

Application Development & Automation

• Build and enhance internal tools to streamline workflows and business processes

• Contribute to automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and scalability

• Assist in integrating systems and improving connectivity across platforms

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for internal stakeholders

• Partner with business teams to deliver insights that support decision-making

• Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with stakeholders across investment, operations, and finance teams to understand data needs

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical users

• Contribute to best practices around data governance, process standardization, and documentation

Must Have

• 2–5 years of experience in data, analytics, or technology roles within financial services or a related industry

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)

• Proficiency in data querying and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar)

• Experience working with data systems, reporting tools, and APIs

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and scalable data architecture

• Exposure to application or tool development is a plus

• Understanding of financial products, markets, or investment processes preferred
