The Head of Global Payroll is responsible for leading the firm's payroll function across the United States, London, and Hong Kong and will ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery, while driving automation, governance and continuous improvement.

The Role
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across all regions
• Manage payroll accounting, reporting, and reconciliations in partnership with the broader Corporate Accounting team
• Manage global payroll service providers and third-party vendors
• Manage 401k plan operations, including employer match
• Leverage analytics to identify trends, improve accuracy, and support workforce planning
• Streamline and enhance payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Oversee global payroll systems and automation initiatives; identify and drive projects to support initiatives
• Partner closely with Human Capital, Tax, Finance, and Technology
• Lead internal and external audits of payroll processes and systems
• Mentor and coach team members; foster a culture of accountability, service excellence and continuous improvement
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
