A well-established investment firm is hiring a Fund Accountant with expertise in private equity or venture capital fund accounting. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with 3 or more years of relevant experience to help manage complex fund structures and work closely with a strong, high-caliber team.
Responsibilities include:
- Interpret and analyze Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) to ensure accurate financial treatment and compliance
- Review fund financial statements and footnotes for accuracy and completeness
- Manage and review waterfall calculations, carried interest allocations, and management fees
- Oversee accounting for complex entity structures and lead the preparation of consolidated financial reporting
- Work with general ledger software to produce and interpret fund financial statements
Requirements:
- 3 years of fund accounting experience, with a focus on private equity or venture capital
- Fund administration experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of fund structures and reporting standards
- Demonstrated experience working with complex fund structures and performance allocation models
- Proficient in fund accounting software and financial reporting tools
Salary : $50 - $60
