Mission Staffing is an executive search firm focused on the permanent and temporary specialized staffing needs of our clients, with capabilities spanning across the Front Office, Operations, HR, Office Support, Accounting & Finance functions. Our Team is expanding on all fronts!
We are currently looking to hire recruiters in our Accounting/Finance and Front Office divisions!
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Management:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Cold Calling, Job Boards, etc..).
- Screen and evaluate executive candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
- Manage the candidate lifecycle, from initial engagement to placement and onboarding support.
Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and talent availability.
- Provide clients with insights into salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent pool dynamics.
Search Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality delivery for clients.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates, providing regular updates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding strategies for successful placements.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture a robust network of executive-level candidates.
- Stay engaged with placed executives to ensure long-term success and foster future collaboration.
Qualifications
- 1-6 Years of Recruitment or Financial Services Experience
- In-Office Policy: 4x a Week in NYC
Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
