Executive Assistant to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Location: New York, NY (4 days in office)
A leading global hedge fund is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support its Chief Human Resources Officer. This is a high-impact role at the center of a fast-paced, dynamic organization, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and strong potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring efficient time management
- Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and briefing documents
- Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
- Support HR leadership initiatives, projects, and events as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality across sensitive personnel and organizational matters
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate with a sense of urgency
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
